The IntraKey time-tracking system permits the booking of times and the retrieval of time accounts conveniently via app. Working times, absences and lost time can be rapidly and clearly managed. Data comparison takes place in real time and provides the staff management with a precise overview at all times.

The objective and reliable documentation of hours worked is becoming increasingly important because in addition to the payment of wages and salaries this information will be nece­ssary for example also as billing-compliant evidence for short-time compensation (KuG), subsidies or later dealings with down time. And of course the system will also provide you with unbeatable advantages after the crisis.

Time tracking at the terminal


Working time and down time can be booked and time and holiday accounts accessed via the terminal. Modern design, a large display with touch control and speech option offer top user comfort.

Data are encrypted for transmission between terminal and server. If the server is not available the terminal will conti­nue to operate offline. The integrated chipcard reader reads the data of all current chipcards and smartphones. In addi­tion to time tracking, the chipcards can also be written, for example, with the latest locking authorisation for electronic cylinders and door fittings for offline access control.

With the integrated time clock function, working time and absences (e.g. working from home) can be booked and the current working time status and holiday entitlement can be accessed via app, webapp or on the terminal (optional).

The journal for timekeeping shows a clear summary of all bookings of comings and goings for each day on a mobile phone and via webapp together with the way they were recorded and the resulting time cre­dit as well as the total time balance. Absences such as business trips or holidays are also shown. Book­ings can be made immediately via the journal.

The corporate regulations regarding working time form an essential basis for digital time recording. Tar­get working times can be drawn up, managed and compared with actual working hours. Maximum work­ing hours, break regulations and rest times are pre-entered as standard on the basis of current laws and can be adapted to individual models of working hours at all times. These are then checked automatically and recorded in the journal.

With the workflow you can access or book personal time bookings, absences such as working from home or reasons for absence such as short-time working.

The program is compatible with all web browsers in common use. Applications for time corrections, holidays and other absences can be transmitted to deputies or superiors and approved by them. Information regarding the applications is transmitted via e-mail.

The app permits the mobile use of the workflow. All bookings can be accessed in real time and applications can be submi­tted at short notice.

The team calendar and duty rotas are also available, so that an overview of planned absences of authorised colleagues and one’s own duty rotas is accessible at all times.

The flexible software can be individually adapted to suit your requirements regarding time tracking and staff administra­tion. Key data can be created specially or imported from other staff systems. Extensive evaluations and data output are also available in various formats. Down times such as holidays, illness, business trips or vocational college can be defined as required. Duty rotas can be drawn up flexibly and individually allocated.

The integrated presence overview is particularly suitable for the telephone switchboard or the porter’s desk, and also for the departmental secretary’s office.

The duty rota complements the time-tracking software and can be used in all sectors and sizes of company. Target work­ing times can be drawn up, managed and compared with real working times. The master data of staff are supplemented by details of qualifications, special skills and employment condi­tions. Understaffing, overlaps and other conflicts are recog­nised by the system.
