Electronic lockers
Provision or rental of cupboards, private boxes and lockers
The IntraKey locked-cupboard system enables a confirmed allocation of lockers as well as their temporary use. With the appropriate terminal or the app, users of an identification medium can book cupboards independently, pay for the rental or charges for late clearance. Our control centre deals in the background with the automatic blocking, activation and reservation.
Online and offline cabinet lockers
In order to make use of the cabinet locker system, existing cupboards are fitted with wired or battery-operated locks.
The new locks can then be opened with an authorised identification medium. Authorisation for the use of the cabinet lockers can be granted individually.

Lockers can be easily located and managed with the IntraKey app. An overview is thus available for users in the case of large installations with a large number of lockers in several rooms or buildings.
In addition to the location of lockers, it is also possible to pay for locker rental or overdue charges via the app.

Cabinet locker terminal
The terminal for the cabinet locker system can be used in different types of operation with either online or offline locks. Lockers can be reserved, opened and reservations cancelled again via the terminal.
Each user can also receive information about the current occupation of a locker. Modern design, a large display with touch control and voice output offer a high degree of user comfort.
The terminal can also request payment of fees via its connection to our payment system.
Payment station
Fees for overdue locker occupation, space bookings, car park use, library loans and various other applications can be conveniently paid at the self-service payment station.
Uers hold their card in front of the reader on the payment station. The amount of the fee to be paid is shown and can be paid in directly using banknotes.
Control software
The cabinet locker installations can be managed conveniently by means of the software package. Various rights for a free choice of locker, personal rented cupboards or group cupboards can be allocated individually or multiply to each user.
A clear overview summarises the use of the lockers. The software includes a wide range of evaluations and data output in various formats.
